Elkachi

Elkachi is a premium outdoor-living retailer focused on helping homeowners create more beautiful, functional and enjoyable backyard spaces. At launch, our catalog is intentionally focused on four collections: Saunas, Cabanas, Gazebos and Pergolas. We plan to grow thoughtfully rather than overwhelm customers with an oversized marketplace-style catalog.

Start with how you want to use your backyard, then review the dimensions, materials, installation requirements and specifications shown on the product page. Measure your available space carefully and consider access, clearance, utilities and local requirements before ordering. If you are unsure, contact our team before purchase and we can help you identify the questions to consider.

A gazebo typically provides a more enclosed or fully covered overhead structure, making it well suited to shade and sheltered gathering. A pergola usually has a more open architectural roof system, although some models include adjustable louvers or weather-control features. Choose based on the level of coverage, style, intended use and weather protection you want.

Elkachi offers free shipping on most orders within the Continental U.S. If a product has a different shipping charge or special freight requirement, the product page or checkout will provide the applicable information.

Our general shipping policy lists 1-3 business days for handling and approximately 5-8 business days for carrier transit, for a typical total of 6-11 business days. Some oversized, freight or special-order products may require additional time; product-specific information overrides the general estimate.

Elkachi currently ships within the Continental United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories.

Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with accessories. Certain products may have additional restrictions, so the full Return and Refund Policy and any product-specific terms should be reviewed before purchase.

Under Elkachi's current policy, approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The fee is waived for defective, damaged or incorrect items and for qualifying exchanges of the same item.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photographs of the packaging and product, and a brief description of the issue. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved. If approved, Elkachi will arrange the appropriate replacement, refund or return process.

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, the product page or included documentation should identify the relevant terms. Always review the specific warranty before purchase.

Installation is not included unless a product page specifically states otherwise. Some products may be suitable for experienced DIY assembly, while others are better handled by qualified professionals. Follow manufacturer instructions and local code requirements.
